I know he just got traded but I wonder if we could get Nicolas Batum? He could play SG / SF and his contract roughly works for the Haywood. I wonder if the Hornets are excited about having him for 12 mil. I think he's a free agent after next year. Maybe they'd dump him if we can somehow make it worth their while.

Charlotte traded a good vet role player and a top 10 pick for him. It's not happening.

The Lakers are so very fucked for a long time to come. Mark Madsen!

When asked if he'd attend FA meeting, Madsen was all in...

I wonder what type of contract Stuckey will get? Not seeing much in terms of solid links with other teams. The Wizards have been linked to him, but they already have a similar player in Ramon Sessions on their bench.

I had sort of overlooked Stuckey, because he has always been such a bad shooter, but I see he actually shot 39% from 3 last year (30% for career). He is a playmaking combo guard, and Griffin stressed that they wanted another playmaker. I think he'd be interesting. My fault for overlooking him.

Gerald Green -- I mean, only if JR isn't coming back, and even then, I just think there are other guys I'd rather have.
I agree. He was on my original list after the finals. And by creator, I meant a shot creator who can get to the rim. GS essentially beat us by playing out on all our shooters because none of them were able to take it to the rim. If Delly and Harris or Prince are out there with him they will stretch the floor. I also think Shurna, 48% 3s in EU, could make the squad to complement aggressive scorers. He was the all time leading scorer at Northwestern and would be much better than Miller when we need a 3.

kings can still reneg on their trade to philly.

I like Shurna, hope he at least is kept around down at Canton. Would be great to have another 6'9 player who can play both the 3/4 spots as well as stretch the floor at the 4 for spurts when Love is out. He's probably on the outside looking in but if he brings the jumper and high work ethic he could beat out Pointer and X- Mas (also depends on what comes back for BH's contract)

Bledsoe from Phx for Haywood contract. He makes $13m. Perfect high speed back up for Kyrie. Thoughts?

Not going to happen. They only need to dump salary if LMA wants to sign there, after trading Morris. PJ Tucker and the other Morris are more realistic trade candidates.

Not happening. They already traded Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas. Trading Bledsoe would leave them with no PG.

They just extended Brandon Knight, so they PGs. PHX just isn't trading Bledsoe for a simple salary dump.

Steph Curry makes $12m, even better back up for Kyrie.

I like your thinking.... However, if the Warriors pass that up (they'd be crazy to), we could throw in a few guys and get John Wall and Otto Porter to backup up Kyrie and LeBron.

Bledsoe would be incredible in CLE and is in LeBron's posse...

But the Suns would be able to get a better deal for him than just Haywood's contract. Can't see the Suns making the trade.
