Cavs looking at S&T for Johnson, Bosh

Nothing about a Joe Johnson trade really gets me stoked at all. It is far from a slam dunk, but I'd take it...still would not give up Varejao in a deal for him though.

I doubt a S & T for Bosh would get you excited.

So jackass Reghi on ESPN 850 just said that a reporter from Miami is reporting that LeBron has contacted Ray Allen to ask him if he would join them for the full MLE if Wade, LeBron and Bosh were all to sign with Miami. Has anyone heard this or read an article about tis?

Miami cannot have the MLE if they are under the cap. It's not possible, 100% impossible for that to happen.

Did you actually bother to read the whole sentence? At Z's present age, he'd qualify as weak. But, if the talent level is in any way close, you should not consider it. Well, unless you want everyone on your club under 6' 6" or less.

Why?There are a lot more defensive minded centers than there are All-Star SG's,to put it simply.

I think we need a big. I would only gut the team for a young All Star PF/C. Trading Varejao and Hickson and whatever else for Joe Johnson means okay, we have a good SG now, but our front court is a wasteland of talent. Isn't Johnson 29, too? Significantly older than Bosh.
