yeah shump said he dropped 12 lbs off last year's playing weight. said he was healthy. Of course it's fair to suggest I think that he hasn't been healthy in two years, so if he's healthy to start the season... we'll see.

I took off early from work just to be able to watch Media Day archived on Cavs.com in its entirety and to be done before it was 9 pm! I seriously watched 4 hours of footage on the internet and tv. TV had full interviews when they showed them so caught all of Lue/Griffin.

Here are a few of my observations...

*Taken aback at Mo changing his mind and retiring. Does anyone think they are still looking at the likes of Chalmers/Cole? The interviews today made it seem like they are content with Felder, Jordan and LBJ at the point to spell Ky.

*Griffin has made an aggressive and competitive offer to JR. Wonder what that is?

*I love Bird

*Kristen Ledlow can get it, HARD.

Interesting how Frye mentioned he felt like he needed to add his post game back so he can be a more integral part of the team against GSW. Good to see a vet have a thirst to keep rounding out the game, or in his case going back to some of his roots
