I would assume the email will go out a few days before the lotto on the 26th. So maybe 23rd or 24th.
Probably, it could come this weekend as well.

Greedy?? Was it greed when I was selling my tickets for $2 each the last 4 years???? Maybe some of us veteran season ticket holders who actually invest real $$$ in this team have other friends and family that wants to go as well. We should have Priority
T'was glorious when I opened that email yesterday.
Ok, I'm super nervous too...I'm not going to the W&G Scrimmage, but I still logged onto the website at 9:30 when tickets became available just to see how many would be available. After saying for 30 min that tickets were not on sale yet (even though I got an email saying they were) I was finally able to select my quantity and proceed. When I selected 1 it said "No more tickets available."
This is the second problem I've seen with ordering tix (the other being the Columbus preseason game). I'm getting nervous that there are going to be all sorts of problems when single game ticket presale goes live for us season tix holders. I really hope I'm wrong...

I logged on precisely at 10:00am on my phone (didn't know anything about a 9:30am presale, despite being a W&GU member).
Got 6 available tickets right away. When I tried to log in, using my email address and password that I know for a fact was being entered correctly, it rejected it at least 11 times. 5 minutes had already ticked away on my time limit. I went to another browser window and logged into flashseats.com just fine, went back, and TicketingCentral was still rejecting my login.
The only way I was able to get in was to say I "forgot my password". It makes you set up a new one right inline there, after answering 2 security questions which thank god I remembered, and then it finally let me through to pay.
So, long story short, I got my tickets, but only after almost 10 minutes of worrying I'd lose my spot.
Me too!It told me I had the wrong password too, even though I also knew 100% that it was the right password. It then took me to 2 security questions that I had never filled out before, so I obviously didn't know the answers to. (it asked me my dog's name ---- i do not have a dog!)
I just gave up because like I said, I'm not going. But man, I'm definitely going to be calling my rep about this for some more info.
Emailed my rep and got an answer.
Your email and password for FlashSeats is different than your one for the ticket buying site.
So if you were asked to change your password, that new one should work all the time now.
Na, it will probably be whatever you ended up using today to buy them.So which login/password are we going to use for single game tickets? Because I thought we will be buying those on FlashSeats.
