Cavs Ticket Questions, Policies, and STH Concerns

I have not received my tix either in flash. Has anyone that has not received them called their rep yet? Did they give you a timeframe?

My rep emailed me last night around 7pm and said "Yes – today is the day that we begin dropping seats into people’s accounts. You should see yours shortly (if you don’t already)."

So I'm assuming they'll be transferred at some point today. Just irks me when they set false expectations and don't deliver.

I'm sure we'll get an email confirming that our seats were deposited. Should be at some point today.

Got mine last night around 12m. I only have a 5 game package. Got an email notification too. Be patient they are coming!

I found out that my rep forgot to schedule automatic payments on my account for my 10 games, and your plan needs to be 60% paid for tickets to be transferred on Flash Seats, which is why I hadn't received my tickets yet. I just got them to set up payments going forward and my seats should be delivered in the next 3 hours. For anyone else who hasn't gotten their seats yet, this may be why.

Email your rep. If you don't have the tickets in the account, then ask your rep why.

I called that was my issue too as i was below the %.

Did you electronically sign your new Wine & Gold agreement, which was emailed out last week? They won't release your seats until you sign, as the email advises.

Just got my loaded this afternoon. Filled out and signed the contract last night.
