i keep bringing it up because that puts him at a 46% EFG. whch is pretty good for a guy having a bad shooting night.

he mostly played within the offense.. all the guys on the starting roster will have a few games in a row not shooting so well.. its called basketball

All I was saying is that "tonight" he isn't having a very good game at all. I never said that he sucks or that he's a bad fit for the team.

That was a nice play to set up that 3 attempt from Harris from out of bounds. We'll be seeing that down the stretch in the regular season, except it'll be Kyrie or LeBron with the wide open look.

I mean the play was a pass into a big man who hands off the ball to a wing while setting a screen...I'm sure there will be plays for Dion and Love, especially Love, but that wasn't one of them right there. I bet there is a variance to that play where the big man fades to the corner for an open 3 after setting the screen though.

I'm looking forward to seeing what adjustments Blatt makes the next time the Cavs face a zone defense. They looked confused for much of the game, and they took 37 three-pointers. They played exactly the way the Mavs wanted them to. I assume the Cavs offense against a zone will become more efficient since they'll be using it themselves.

Blatt: "I told the guys after the game Carlisle played the old European zone against the old European coach and I didn't do a very good job"

I don't have the energy to write about their defensive effort...
