108 to 25 odds.. Did I do that right @HurricaneKidI honestly dont know how the Warriors are favorites
From Oddsshark as of 5/19:
TO WIN 2017 TITLE
Golden State Warriors -400
Cleveland Cavaliers +250
Boston Celtics +5000
San Antonio Spurs +5000
-400 means you bet $400 to win $100. So betting $20 wins you $5 (plus your original $20).I'm a betting noob (don't laugh), what does the -400 mean exactly?

I'm still worried about our defense against GS. We gave up a lot of open looks to Boston and Toronto that they missed. GS isn't missing those. They don't have any Marcus smarts or derozens out there that can't shoot 3s. But offensive I have no doubt we can hang with them. Just get curry into a pnr and take him out. Let this series come down to lebron vs KD. I like our chances there.
Haven't we established that ESPNs statistical prognostications are hot, steaming garbage?ESPN BPI has them as 93% favorites.
That's disrespectful. LeBron better beat that ass
This is bologna.I'm glad people are confident, and yes, we are playing great basketball right now. Based on that, we have a chance.
However, make no mistake. If we win this it would be one of the greatest Finals upsets of all time.
There's a difference between being confident and being arrogant.
This is bologna.
The warriors team isn't better than the Cavs team. They had a better record. You're getting caught in the hype machine.
It's not an upset for the Cavs to win. We are genuinely the better team.
I've no doubt we will be vegas underdogs and statistical mode underdogs. Just as last year. And just as last year I believe we are the better teamI would rather be the underdog. I don't want ESPN Analysts to pick us. I don't want them on our bandwagon.
It makes it so much more satisfying when we steal the first game, get momentum, and eventually win.
Cleveland against the world, man. We truly are the underdogs. They have 2 MVP's. They added Durant (coward) to a 73 win team. They are loaded. The NBA loves to put them on a pedestal. Good. Somehow, the Cavs are the defending champs but still get to play the Finals with house money. They have nothing to lose. The pressure is all on this genetically-engineered Warriors team. This is Rocky vs Ivan Drago. Silently, we've added Korver and Williams to the bench and have a complete team.
Deep down, our team is closer. They are family. They fight for the guy next to them. They represent Cleveland well. But let's be honest, we won't be the favorite and I prefer it that way.
Let the Bay Area fans talk like you do. Let them brag about being favorites and destroying us. We will just go about our business with pride, root for our team, and win with hustle and heart.
I think you need to recognize how truly good this Warriors team is as constructed. It's the only way you can truly bask in how magnificent an accomplishment it will be when we beat them and shut them up. "When" not "If."
Be ready for 37/38 ESPN experts to pick the Warriors. It'll be awesome.
