Good thing about Thomas going down for the Cavs is that it has greatly improved the C's defense. They're rolling with 3 really top notch defenders at the wingsin Smart, Bradley, and Crowder. This is definitely good preparation for what the Warrior will bring on D: while Green/Durant are much better then what the C's brings I'll take their wing defenders over the Warriors

And they are running more motion sets...some straight out of the Warriors playbook.

I thought about that.. I noticed they play very much like GSW the last 2 Games. Lots of Threes.. motion sets and cuts.. great Passing.. great Perimeter Defense.

While of course no where near as good.. it could be the perfect Preparation. We needed a different defensive Scheme against GSW anyway.. cant just focus on one guy anyway... you have to make it hard on anyone. Now we can already hone in our defense to stop 3pt Shooting and defend motion sets well. Will be a huge plus against GSW.

As you said it also prepares our Guys really well to GSWs defense.. i would agree that Smart,Bradley and Crowder is a better perimeter defensive Trio than Klay,KD and Iggy.. propably even much better. And we also have at least one Game(lets hope so) to get used to score on this kind of defense.

Added the schedule to the original post and added a poll.

Those posters who predicted vociferously that the Cavs would go down against Toronto are not allowed to post in this thread. You have no credibility, and we remember who you are. :chuckle:

Damn do I hate Green. I maybe the only actual Curry fan on this board and I'm a fan of AI and Livingston but Green uggh. Great player but seeing his make me get nauseous
