At what point does the NFL consider our active outbreak as an active outbreak?
after the season is over they will say something to the effect of "it was clear that procautions taken by the browns werent enough, we are fining hte browns a 3rd round pick and a million dollars. We take absolutely no blame in forcing the browns to play a game on time, after an outbreak at 7pm the day before a game"
 
I think you meant the Ravens. The Steelers actually got fucked pretty hard by the NFL due to other teams outbreaks. However, it 100% benefited us because they basically had no bye week and then used Week 17 as one.
I mean the Steelers because they’re our opponent this and last week

If a string of positive tests come our of Pittsburgh it should be pretty clear the nfl fucked up

Ah, I see what you mean now. I thought it was more of a comment that the NFL would take care of the Steelers if they had an outbreak but tell us to kick rocks.
