Cleveland Browns Quarterback Position

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm not watching the game but given that the highlight is in the 3rd quarter of Game 1 of the pre-season, I'm going guess he's playing against guys who may not even make the team. Let's see how he does against the 1s.

Doesn't detract from the fact that he looks damn fucking good doing it.

Better than all the rookie QB's I've seen so far.

10-10 83 yards and a TD, 2 TD led drives. He looks fucking good.

Hey what do you know? Osweiler came out and played like fucking shit again. It's almost like it's a theme or something

Not like anyone did anyone else did any better. Even Kizers deep into pass was off and luckily the receiver moved to it

Kizer looks better. A big factor is I haven't already seen him play NFL seasons and look like total shite.

Man, was hoping I'd get to see Kizer attempt a game winning drive, but, y'know, penalties.

CHOKE ON THAT BABBAYY!

4th and 2, goes for it all. The balls on this guy to hang in there and deliver.

Sure, he started holding the ball late in the game. He had a poor line and was facing many 2nd/3rd and long scenarios with our hogs just grabbing on and screaming "Look out!"

I don't care that it's one game, or that it's preseason. He clearly has more talent than these other shitty QB's on our roster. Some of those throws were lasers, and he had a few drops to deal with, too.

I would say I want to see him with our first team, but we don't have many weapons on this team period. But having the first team O Line would be huge.

I don't know, man. Coleman can be a really good WR if he can stay healthy, and Kenny Britt just had a fucking 1000 yard season on a Rams team with some of the worst quarterbacking ever. I'd also expect improvements from both Ricardo Louis (big, athletic target) and Seth DeValve (ditto), both of whom should see more time on the field this year. We also added Njoku, although I don't really expect much from him this season.

We also have Crowell and Johnson, both of whom have proven to be very good RBs, and both of whom can work in the passing game as well.

It's true that we don't currently have a star, stud WR or RB, but we certainly have adequate weapons here.

It still looks to me like Kessler will be starting the season.

Brock was so unbelievably bad. Zero percent chance this guy starts the season if Hue is trying to win games.

Kessler looked like fucking Dan Marino following up Assweiler.

Which left Kizer looking like Jesus Christ in the flesh.
