Being called a troll by the best troll on the forum (minus Jigo)..... What an honor.
Jesus Christ, these pissing matches have got to stop.
Can we stick with news, notes, rumors, poo videos and good, respectful discussion concerning them?
Same shit.
Coco Crisp's agent Steve Comte told Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle that his client would be a good fit for the Giants.
"Covelli has made it clear that he would like to play for a team that is determined to compete, and he'd also like to stay on the West Coast," said Comte. "I think the Giants would be a viable option for him and vice versa." Can't say we disagree, as the Giants are in need of a center fielder and leadoff hitter. It's unlikely he'll return to Oakland, as GM Billy Beane is limited due to uncertainty over the team's stadium situation. Crisp, 33, batted .264/.314/.379 with eight homers, 54 RBI, 49 stolen bases and a .693 OPS this season.
