Cleveland St VS Butler

Cleveland State needs this game to avenge one of only 3 earlier losses.

So far they are getting the job done. Montgomery is shooting lights out, but more importantly for me... I love watching a true PG like Norris Cole run an offense and control a game by controlling tempo

Really proud of Gary Waters for rebounding like he has after Rutgers got impatient and cut him short there. I knew if given time, he would have Cleveland State knocking off teams like his Golden Flash teams used to do. Methodically and just outworking guys.

The game is on ESPN3 as well right now if you are out of market.

Aaron Pogue may be the worst C I have ever seen. If the dude could just put the fucking ball in the cup, CSU would have won that game.

Tough go for Cole. Can't really do much when they rush 2 guys at you 95% of the time and nobody else can step up and hit a shot. Right now, CSU is on the bubble for an AL bid. If they win out, I think they could get one, but I'd rather them just guarantee it with a Horizon League Championship

I don't think they have a chance of getting an at-large. They have a good RPI, but SOS is 162nd in Division I, they have no signature wins (zero wins over a Top 50 team), and have no remaining opponents that would be viewed as a signature win by the selection committee. Their SOS and RPI should continue to drop too, as the remaining schedule is pretty weak.

Before CSU fans jump all over me, please note that I'm not saying that I think they're undeserving...I'm just saying the selection committee will take a good team from a major conference over a top team from a mid-major.
