COD5 or GOW 2?

so i am definitely getting 2k9 & don't know which s better to get call of duty 5 or gears of war 2 or both....i think i rather gears over call of duty 5...should i get both or either one?

COD 5 isn't even made by Infinity Ward. Don't expect it to be as good as COD 1, 2 and 4. Wait for COD 6 which is going out sometime next year.

This new Call of Duty looks really different from Infinity Wards take on it. I think that COD5 will have better options that COD4. If you go on the Infinity Ward website and read most of the posts, they are all negative.

Activison seems to be polling the people to see the likes and dislikes of COD4, so I think that may make it better than COD4... but I'm still not sold on it. I'm so used to COD4, that I might wait awhile before getting it. I have never played Gears, so I'm pretty one sided on this issue.

Exactly. CoD: United Offensive is the only decent non-IW developed CoD. Treyarch can suck a fat one.

I'm not too particularly fond of Treyarch myself, but my god, let the game come out first before you judge it.

It won't be a horrible game by far. Just won't be as good. But I will still be picking it up but if you had to chose Gears would be the game for most people.
