2 cases of us wanting vets instead of waiting for youth to develop. And why would we have waited.....we were doin very well and seemed to be pieces away. You don't wait for rookies when your winning 50 games. Just a coincidence those guys ended up decent. Bigger coincidence we don't have any better guys on our bench right now

Interesting to note that we traded Shannon Brown for very valuable veterans and a second round pick, which ended up being Danny Green. I do that trade ten times out of ten.

Chicago loved Shannon so much, they played him a grand total of 22 minutes. I imagine we could have pulled off that deal and kept Shannon, but we'd already written him off.
