Bought the ex pack ... Auction house has been removed ... had 30 legendaries drop for me leveling up a new crusader. New play mode is adventure mode with Rifts and quick quests. Very happy with game play now, feels much more like what I expected when the game first came out. Wasn't hard to see the auction house was going to kill the game, glad they finally removed/ disabled it. They probably need to bring back some level of trading as it has been completely removed from the game with one exception. You can trade a set piece or ledgendary with in 3 hours with people who you were in group with.

I can honestly say I am enjoying the game a lot again.

I've chronicled most of my thoughts on Diablo 3 in the What Are You Playing? thread since I started it back up a couple months ago. The AH was a bad idea from the start, glad it's gone. I got my fourth level 70 today, now just need to get my Barb and Witch Doctor to 70 and I'll have one of each class. Enjoyed decking my DH out, he's pretty powerful. Having lots of fun.

I will add you tonight, I am in an adult game clan a guy from work invited me too. They always have people on and always running rifts.

Yes. What infuriates me is the hell they take on the forums. And it's mostly from people wishing for the diablo 2 glory days that either didn't play diablo 2 or don't remember it.

I see people talking about how hard it is to get legendary sets. Man, I played a paladin in diablo 2 for YEARS, thousands of hours, and saw ONE Paladin set item.

Then you've got the people bitching about no good end-game. You know, because Diablo 2's endgame of killing baal 10 times in 20 minutes was just super.

Story mode is ... okay ... you'll play through it once and just do Adventure Mode with Bounties/Rifts for the rest of your time on it. Ron, are there drops that only drop in story mode?

Anyone killed all the Ubers on t6? Did Realm of Bones on t6 with one friend and then realm of war on t6 with two guys. To my eye Gluttony seems the toughest as rakanoth has an unmissable move that takes 75% of your health, and thats if your toughness is extremely high.

The xbox version blows compared to the pc version. I started with the console bc my roommate owns it and now I own the computer version. There is no end game on xbox. It's all story over and over. It's not worth it on console. There's also some stupid ass action roll thing you do on console.

I killed the ubers on T4, the Hellfire ring is kind of pointless unless you're using it to level up another character, and at that point it's faster to level without a hellfire than to spend the time and resources to get the hellfire in the first place.

I dunno, that effect procs a ton and does a ton of damage.

I don't know, my 70s are pretty much locked on Torment I ... I decided I wanted to level one of each class and then I'd start gearing them all up to T6.

Currently doing the Barbarian, he's my last. I'm enjoying him a lot so far. DH is still by far my favorite.

Hellfire Ring looks super hard to get, I doubt I'll ever bother.

Games like this are meant to be a time sink all about the loot. The current version is pretty close to diablo 2, and I'm enjoying it. I'm not sure if story mode has drops that you can't get in challenge mode or rifts. I'm doing t2 currently my first 70 is a week old and I'm on a brand new account. I'm playing a crusader, can't find a build I like and the damage is lacking behind equally geared glasses. So I started a barb, at level 40 I all ready feel a big difference in damage. Chris I saw you playing sc2 I'm trying to be off the PC by 7 eastern but I play pretty late on weekends.
