We might as well cut him now, before we can't get anything back for him. What if the GMs of other teams talk to your friend at Syracuse, and find out he's got a bad attitude?! Then we'd really be out of luck.

Agreed...

The man has an attitude problem. Nobody likes him. His teammates especially.

Dion is misunderstood..like Jack he's a complicated man..SHUT YO MOUTH!

Seriously, I keep seeing this stuff about his attitude.
Dude wants to perform and win and is just immature.
Being from where he is , Philly/NY area, I'm not thrown off by that East Coast personna.
He is whiner..more like the guy you play ball with who cries foul every time he's touched or looks like he's about to be touched.

Wow you guys are slow.

I've been one of his biggest supporters and fans from Day 1. It's no secret that Dion has an attitude problem. He had an attitude when he played at 'Cuse and he still has an attitude today. I was highlighting the fact that this is nothing new for him and it's unreasonable to expect him to completely change so quickly. It'll take time.

But please, go ahead and continue to take what I said out of context.

Seems like they're just joking around to me, I wouldn't take it too personal. I'm just glad his attitude problems are seen as a laughing matter, rather than being used to justify trading him.

I remember Mcleod mentioning that he and other press members were actually hesitant to approach Dion last year because of his icy demeanor, but he said that had changed drastically this year with Dion smiling and enjoying himself more. I think Dion attributed it to having a son, but whatever it was I feel like it's noticeable. All you can ask for is improvement and that's what's happening with Dion.

Flip Murray, Rasheed Wallace, Dion Waiters, Jameer Nelson, Malik Rose - Philly has a long history of serious/icy players

Thank god we didn't trade him. Pretty close to becoming my favorite Cavalier. If only Kyrie and the rest of the team had heart like Dion

I try to stop myself from getting attached to players...but god dammit Dion is so awesome

Dion is the perfect fit for city of Cleveland... That being said, he's pushing Kyrie as my favorite player. Kyrie still has the edge though. Dion seems like he genuinely loves Cleveland. He's proud to represent the Cavs. Dion is a killer, he said he owed Hardaway for a 3 pointer he made with 30 seconds left in a blowout game... He stands up for his teammates, and he doesn't back down from anyone and he also doesn't take shit from anyone. Love Dion as a person and player.

Oh yeah, I love seeing a big Dion dunk and then him yelling like a beast and staring at the crowd.

After the first bucket, Waiters was like, "AYE! And ONE!"

Then on the last bucket, Waiters was like, "Aye! AYE!" And then he stared down the ref as though "AYE" is supposed to mean "I just got fouled there, so please call a foul." :chuckles:

From the first basket to the last, he is literally complaining. Not good.

Gotta love that dunk though. He can really energize a team with stuff like that.
