Dion Waiters

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Shouldn't have booed him but when he would have done his "Ayee" and then gets blocked or misses the bucket, the crowd should have shouted "AND ONE!". Would have been fun! :chuckle:

Seriously though, hope he finds his groove. But, OKC are a worse fit for him than Cavs. At least LeBron was a willing passer. KD and Russ won't give him the ball at all when the game is at the line.

Of course no one here will mention how Dion was committed to playing defense and collected the steal but rather point out the play where he lost the ball

Yeah...because the steal was a pretty ordinary play. Steals happen in basketball. Losing the ball on a wide open dunk opportunity is obviously the story from that clip. That's why there's a Not Top Ten and a Shaq'tin a Fool segment.

I love Dion as a guy and was very excited when the Cavs drafted him. I enjoyed watching him play and was perfectly fine with the Cavs keeping him and trying to develop him. But there's a difference between being a Dion fan and a shitty poster.

He looked good in the first quarter.

It's the rest of the game he had trouble with.

Mr. Waiters is currently 4-12 in tonight's contest. I guess that tough Timberwolves defense is just too much for him.

The trade(s) is up there with any that a Cleveland team has made. John Hart might agree with me.

I watched the entire game tonight. You are really grasping at straws. He had another bad game, and his bad attitude started to show more than it had in previous OKC games.

One point in the second quarter he was jumping up and down waving his arms for a pass and when he didn't get it he just looked straight at the floor and started walking.

OKC is probably starting to realize that they traded for a guy that is worse than the guy they wanted to replace. Reggie Jackson is a superior all around player.

Since joining OKC Dion is 46-120 an embarrassing 38%. What really amazes me about the guy is he is literally one of the least efficient players in the NBA but has zero conscious. I'd feel like an awful teammate if I was taking 12+ shots a game and converting on 38%. Surely someone else would have a better chance of actually making the shot.

I like Dion personally, but since we traded him for JR, I'll just say this. Even both can be inefficient, only Dion really messes up the flow of the game. JR takes shots when he's a) open or b) no time left on the shot/game clock. He doesn't hesitate either. Dion's shot pattern and moping when he misses just seems to throw everything off whereas JR is the same whether the ball goes in or not.

How about Wiggins though? 23 on 14 shots. Imagine if we would have been able to get Love with a Waiters/Bennett combo...

This is comical. Sure he got the steal but the man literally did what you don't see often in the NBA, and maybe not even the D League. Jokes on him and it has been. The Cavs are a much, much, much better team without Waiters.

Stop trolling with Dion>Kyrie. And if you believe that, you're just weird.
