"My new work attire."

Going to be the biggest difference maker among the new guys. No question.

Numbers 1 - 2 - 3 for our backcourt players, pretty cool.

Calling Jackson 5's "ABC" to be played if/when we ever go small for periods of time and have Irving, Waiters, Jack on the court together. :chuckles:

So nice to see the #1 without fucking Gibson on the back.

Okay, I love when I get a post thanked in this thread.

It doesn't show the full thread title, just Quiet, but deadly...

Jarrett Jack’s locker is right in between Dion Waiters and Kyrie Irving at both the arena and practice facility. That’s not a coincidence. It only makes sense for Jack to immerse himself with the two young guards since the three of them will be playing so much together, but it’s also so Jack can keep one eye on each of the youngsters.

I like the way you think.

Jack got a vote for 6th man of the year prediction.

Seems like a long shot to me because two things have to happen.

Jack has to play well enough to earn it. That could certainly could happen. But here's the hard part. At the same time, Waiters has to play well enough to avoid getting benched, which would be pretty tough if Jack is playing well enough to win the 6th man of the year award.

Waiters hasn't exactly set the world on fire yet, but even if that is the case there should be plenty of time for him backing up both guard spots. I see him playing with both Kyrie and Waiters. You might also see a three guard lineup if the match ups permit it. Brown experimented with that the last time he was our coach. Jack is also too good of a player to let Rot on the bench.

Without Jack, the Cavs fall apart in the first half. Solid presence. We got to see the "good" Jarrett Jack in his first game. I know the over-dribbling Jack will drive us crazy at times, but he was great in the first half.

I found it interesting that Jack seems to be looking to get Bennett involved (more than what we saw other PGs in the preseason). Hopefully they'll get something clicking.

Jack is the primary reason we weren't down by 20 after the first quarter. Without him leading the offense during that stretch, the rest of the game isn't even competitive.

I love how jack looks to push the rock instead of slowly trotting it up the court.
