I'll take a Wendy's burger over a Five Guys burger. They are similar but Five Guys burgers are greasy af.

But Five Guys fries are way better. Significantly so. And they give you a dangerously unhealthy amount of them.

I heard they were expanding to Ohio awhile back and haven't heard much else since. So I just looked it up and they were just bought out and started closing down stores last year.

Bojangles planning big expansion into Columbus​

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Bojangles, a fast food chain known for its Southern-style chicken and biscuits is planning 15 new restaurants in the Columbus market.

The expansion into Columbus is part of a new deal with franchise owner Jeff Rigsby to open 45 new locations over the next seven years.
Bojangles says restaurants will be developed around Rigsby’s core markets, including Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, along with a new Bojangles market: Columbus, Ohio, which is slated for 15 locations.

“Jeff has been a valued partner of the Bojangles brand for over 20 years, and we could not be more thrilled to extend this business relationship to 45 new locations, including expansion into a new market for our brand,” said Jose Costa, chief development officer for Bojangles. “He embodies what it means to proudly represent this beloved chain, and we are looking forward to many more years of success for Jeff.”

I saw a funny TikTok that said Cane’s tastes better the farther you live from one. When I lived in Ohio, the closest was Columbus. Now, there’s one ten minutes away and I haven’t had it the entire time it’s been open.

They got one white castle here, when it first opened the line was literally 4 hours long and they had to pay for police security.

Fucking idiots waiting 4 minutes much less 4 hours for white castle.

Wish there was a White Castle or Crystal within a reasonable drive of here. The food isn't good but is simultaneously awesome. I'd Doordash the fuck out of that on drunken weekends.
