I cant recall Cena ever tapping in the Super Cena era...anyone?

Best I can tell from a quick google search, the last time Cena actually tapped out was in October, 2005. He has lost a couple of Last Man Standing matches from not getting up after the ten count since then, but that's not really the same thing.

So yeah...a fucking decade without losing via submission. That's ludicrous.

This kind of illustrates why WWE creative sucks, though. If Cena was going to drop the title anyway, why not drop it to someone who needs the boost like Owens? Rollins certainly doesn't need the US Title to validate him. He's already the fucking WWE Champion. And if creative felt that he needed a big win against Cena to validate him, why not just having him win the fucking thing clean?

Either way, there was no reason Cena needed to go into tonight's match as the US Champion. It's just a waste to have one guy hold both those titles when there are so many guys who could have used the push that would come from taking the title off of Cena.

I thought for sure he was going to drop it to one of the NXT guys.

That would have made too much sense, I guess. Logically, Kevin Owens was the guy who should have taken it. He had two amazing fights with Cena, a win and a loss. He should have won the tie-breaker and the belt. Really sucks that WWE didn't let him make that leap.

Id say either tie breaker or Cesaro. In a dream world it could have been Balor, but they had to put the strap on him and cant afford for all the guys to move up to the main roster at once.

Man, Rollins is such a good worker. Some of the shit he pulled today was ridiculous. I find it funny that Cena rolling Seth into an FU is a great demonstration of strength (as per the commentating) but when Seth does the same thing, there isn't even a replay?

Also, hate that they're still tying to make the Bellas look dominant... Horrid.
