Moondog is a timeless classic and a tribute to all the great k9's that call Cleveland and Northeast Ohio home.

Kyrie and it's not even close. He made league pass worth it the last few years. One of the most entertaining athletes I've ever witnessed.

Kyrie and AV are tied, but since I have to chose, I'll take Irving.

Irving is great. He's shown nothing but love and dedication for the city and the fans. He's an electrifying player. He's on his way to being a bonafide superstar. He's locked up long-term. He's been the one bright spot in a dim 4 year period. I look at LeBron differently now, for better or worse. I'm way more excited to watch Irving do well on a night-to-night basis. Plus, the Uncle Drew gimmick is pretty good.

Kyrie has time to close the gap, but it's LeBron James for me. Watching him go from high school phenom to all-time great has been one incredible ride.

Then to have him seemingly spurn us, lead us through 4 years of dark days, and then return on a white horse...c'mon, that's just a nasty sports story begging for a fairy tale ending, right?

But in all seriousness. If he leads us to a title, he will go down as the preeminent Cleveland sports legend. Without a doubt. He's the most compelling story, the most compelling personality, to me anyways. And it doesn't hurt that he's the best player in the world. A true jack of all trades. His career path has been fascinating. What is so funny to me is how we (we, as in NBA fans) all talk as if his career is nearly over and the guy just turned 30. I'm not an NBA Historian, but I know of at least one big time NBA player who did most of his damage on the latter side of age 30.

I think James' true masterpiece has yet to be painted, so to speak. Can't wait.

I started writing this exact thing and quickly deleted it after acknowledging that your post was superior :chuckle:

Only thing to add is Irving's on and off court charisma. As a marketer by profession, Irving's marketability makes him not only exciting to watch on a basketball court but on all other mediums as well.

I've always likened LeBron to Anakin and Kyrie to Luke.

The Return of the Cavaliers, baby

Does that make Kevin Love Princess Leia in this analogy? :chuckle:

And Pat Riley is Palpatine!
Austin Carr is Yoda.

Fred McLeod is C3PO(can be annoying, too smart lol)
JR is Lando(too much swag)
Mike miller is Obi Wan(the old one)
Kev is Han Solo
Mozgov is chewy

AV as long as he wears that uniform he will be my favorite.

Kyrie an JR Smith are tied.

So, I went with who do I think would win in a knife fight.

Of course that means I went with JR Smith.
