I think the Warriors are ok with this trade. Fisher is not a starting point, and is aging with a big contract. GS got three short contracts and a back up point guard with some future possibilities in McLeod whom they can axe anytime, and a guy to back up J-rich.
The Warriors desperately wanted to get rid of Fisher's contract and they did it.
This is a prime reason why you don't overpay mediocre talent, this is the sort of thing that ends up happening. After about 2 years of their 5 year contract you are desperately trying to fix your mistake and trade the player.
