There's not much talent in that room with Crowell, Powell, and McGuire. Powell might have got hurt but he was averaging over 4 yards a carry, and Crowell was at 5 yards a carry.

Jets weren't a good football team anyways, but he got a guy like Crowell to turn in a solid year.
