I'm the only one on here who isn't optimistic about the Cavs defense. They seriously need to work on developing a better defensive scheme. It's beyond terrible.

cant believe im responding to a band wagon fan, but this team needs a chance to gel, thats just how it is.

that said the cavs werent horrible at defense, the knicks just happened to hit about every shot with a hand in their face.

shit happens there are 82 games, and the cavs are still a top 2 talent. good for the knicks, the refs can fuck themselves, and the cavs have work to do

LeBron playing poorly doesn't account for an overall lack of effort by the rest of the team. It's just one game. Thankfully.

It wasnt about stepping up. these guys have to learn to play together and a loss to the knicks will drive that point home.

Looked like a team that has barely played together. LeBron in particular didn't have a good feel about where everyone was supposed to be.

Blatt doesn't seem to have a good feel for lineups either. Surprised we didn't go to a more defensive oriented lineup with AV at 5 and Marion and Lebron at the forwards

One thing they can't do is forget Love. Really should have got him more looks

Our offense flat out sucked and our defense was sub par and we were still in the game till the final few minutes !!!! It aint over yet ... Just sayin ...

Lack of effort for most of the game is inexcusable. Laziness breeds sloppy play and getting out-rebounded by a team that has no business even sniffing parity on the boards.

Teams are going to bring their A-games every game of the season when they play the Cavs. I hope they are better prepared from now on.

Should a killed the Knicks though.. their starting 5 had 2 guys I think that could get minutes in our first 10.. team had no chemistry at all.. this was the worst game they have played all year.. after watching them vs Chi and them beating them in a semi-regular season played game I can't believe this was the effort we got.. and LeBron has looked as bad as I have ever seen but I just think its a nagging injury not a decline.. he just isn't getting to his shots and was very passive tonight... it really is fucking terrible they lost tonight though.. that crowd was so amped and really that was a pretty shitty effort
