This team kind of reminds of the Cavs back in James' first year... no leadership. They started rudderless, 6-19, no D, then they shipped out Ricky Davis and brought in some vets from Boston who brought a bit of backbone to the team. That team went .500 the rest of the year. Not to say this team is like that one in that that team had James, but this team seems lacking in alpha males who have the respect of their team members. My main concern remains: Is Irving a leader?

Bingo...Eric Williams and Tony Battie taught the youngsters some toughness, not sure what move could be made now to do the same thing.

Everyone played like dog shit With the requisite stat padding when the game was out of hand in the 2nd half), we couldn't defend, and were even worse on offense.

I am not exaggerating when I say that encompasses everything you need to know.
