Typical Dion and Kyrie, can't both have a good game.

That would be a problem if they were the two best players on the team (as we already know). But it's a luxury when we have LeBron and Love, and then Dion can make up for Kyrie if he has a bad game (or vice versa).

I'm just hoping Dion can carry this forward. I think we need to play more uptempo when he is on the floor. That is where he is his best (as is LBJ and Kyrie).

Very nice win when Kyrie was out of it and his shots didn't fall, Bron was coasting until show off time in the third, and bad defense through 2.5 quarters.

Love, love, love Delly. He was rusty today but he added to the rotation and lengthened/strengthened the bench. We now have two shooters in Miller and JJ who never seems to miss, and a Tristan who seems to get his hand on every offensive rebound.

We've been waiting for this type of rebounding all year. You can suck balls at many aspects of the game but if you don't turn it over and grab that many offensive rebounds, you're going to be difficult to defeat. Brooklyn sucks on the boards but still.

Love looks like he can easily go for 30 a night every other night but he never seems to get the ball in his spots after the first quarter. The offense doesn't look close to its full potential and still looking good.

And Dion...1-7 from three and still had 26. That type of Dion puts us at a whole different level.

Brooklyn is a weak squad / had alot of injuries BUT great game in many respects.

Was great to see the Cavs smell blood in the water and go for the kill in the 3rd quarter. That's the sign of an elite team.

Loved the performance from Waiters.

Slow start from LBJ but great 2nd half.

Nice work from TT off the bench as well.

Most importantly the defense was exceptional in the 2nd half. That run where they amped up the D is a GREAT sign in the 3rd quarter.

When the game tipped I thought by the lackadaisical play of the Cleveland Cavaliers this was going to be a trap game, especially with the big guys out for Brooklyn. I was right in the first half, let's be real the only guy that kept this team in the game was Love who had 15 of his 19 in the first quarter alone. No one else in that first quarter showed up and I was disappointed.

Tale of two halves, man...it really was. Before you know it, the Cavaliers are playing defense and going after every possession so much so they had 55 rebounds to the Nets' 33. It must have been the royal couple, because as soon as they sat court side in the middle of the third, Cleveland went on a 49-27 run to end the game.

No, but seriously. The bench won this game, mainly Waiters and Thompson with a sprinkle of Jones. After Waiter's first missed shot I thought we were in for another long night but then he got into a rhythm and poured in 26 and that possessed the entire team including TT with 14 and 12 and quite a few plays around the rim. Jones had 12 points and went 4/5 from 3. I know I am just throwing stats out there now but it really was the bench that solidified this victory, that was a thing of beauty to watch. 59 points, a season high from the bench!

Now I just want to see the bench contribute efficiently against a better quality foe and we may get to see if they can just a mere 24 hours from now.

Entertaining game, have I mentioned LBJ is sick? (In a good way)

Last week i read that they sent him to the D League. Not sure if that was true or not but i could see it happening
