Game 20 | Cavs (12-7) vs. Raptors (16-5) | Tuesday, December 9th 2014 | 7:00 PM ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Man, I almost went to bed during the third quarter (it's 4am here) but I kind of had a feeling that something like this could happen. I so glad I stayed up till the end. Really a great win and I am kind of happy that eventhough his shot wasn't falling, Kyrie found a way to contribute with his 10 assists and the clucth free throws. Also that Delly guy... my god his energy is just off the charts.

This was a gutty team victory. LeBron shouldered the scoring load. Kyrie had a double-double. Love didn't shoot well at all but he stayed within the system and hit a huge three down the stretch. Dion had another great night off the bench. TT played a strong 34 minutes and did a lot of the dirty work, especially defensively. Delly was the same way.

Pretty good game considering it was, once again, the second of a back to back.

- We had fallen into a nice pattern where Kyrie handles more of the scoring and LeBron dishes out the assists. Today, Kyrie had trouble scoring, but LeBron scored efficiently. Nice to know they can switch roles when needed.

- I would consider giving Marion a game off during the upcoming week or so. Delly and Dion looked good tonight. I think maybe the game @ NO, 2nd of a back to back, would be a good time to rest Marion. Play Delly, Dion, Miller if cleared and Jones for 48.

It is nice more players are coming to the rotation allows us to rest players.

After the last 3 seasons, can I say how comforting it is to have KEVIN LOVE OPEN FOR A CORNER 3?!!!!!!!!!!!

So we won the game? Good, glad the teams win streak is intact. Seems destined not to make it to double digits though, due to another b2b.

Someone got banned? This must really have been one hell of a gamethread. Seems silly all the talk about the team early in the year...

Sadly, the team still isn't playing consistently great basketball, but maybe that's a silver lining.

Dion played well again, which is nice to hear. Maybe he's finally re-figured it out. If he has, this team is not going to lose too many games this year, and the starters will be getting a lot of rest in 4th quarters.

This was a heck of a game and delly showed a lot of heart out there.

Not picking on you specifically, but it seems like when anybody talks about Allie Clifton, it is about having sex with her. Can we at least pretend that this is 2014 and that females can be more than nurses and prostitutes?
They always put easy on the eyes females in the role. I've seen on league pass the blonds for the Celtics and Nets. Very fuckable material. Other than being hot females who can ask soft ball questions after wins what exactly are they bringing to the table? They are put there to be an eye candy for male sports fans. So put an ugly out of shape slobs we will compliment their character. If your put hotties and the hotties allow themselves be put in that position why blame the player?

Hello Everyone. New Here.

That was some defense by the team in the 4th quarter. Restricted an offense like Raptors to just 13 is simply outstanding, even though they were without DeRozan. LeBron looked like his old self but Delly was sensational in the 4th quarter. His defense on Lowry was instrumental in the win. As were those two big plays which resulted in offensive fouls for Raptors.

The last two games have been a tale of two halves, essentially. In Brooklyn it took to mid 3rd for the defense to start rolling and it took until the 4th tonight against the Toronto Raptors. Obviously, from a fan’s standpoint, we want to see that defensive intensity from the tip but just like the good teams in the past, spurts of killer D can kill the opponent and those spurts just have to come at the right time. Of course, that happened in tonight’s game.

I would like a more balanced and well played game, but this team is building an identity and this win streak is an example of it starting to form some substance. I thought Delly’s defense sparked it all as he was riding on Lowry that entire 4th. Kyle only had 2 of his 16 in the 4th and looked disheveled out there.

Of course, LeBron James is LeBron James. He was the only one consistently out of the starts that made a significant difference. I will give a shout out to Dion, who I questioned if he could produce like he did last night and he did. He looked offensively aggressive and not passive out there and totaled 18.

I want more production from the 3 big guns at the same time, it seems more often than not if 1 or 2 got it going, 1 is struggling. While Irving seemed silent most of the time, don’t forget he had 13 and 10 assists.

Bring that defensive intensity from the start in OKC and let’s see what happens…

When watching this, I felt that a comeback was coming; I never felt that way earlier this season as we folded after any runs at all by the opposition. It was a good feeling. We never let them open it up--we kept scoring, kept working, kept fighting and chilled away at the lead until that final push put us over the top. Amazing what a little confidence does for a team.

Delly...what can you say about this guy? Amazing energy out there. Also, is he the Dion Whisperer? He brings the best out of Dion. I love it when Delly enters the game.

Lebron showed some signs of energy tonight. I would love to see more of the even though I know he's conserving...

Dion played well again. I hope this is a start of a great run.

Our bigs put up no resistance in the paint and once you get in that paint, you score.
