Game 22 | Cavaliers @ 76ers | 12/10/08 | 8:00 PM ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I will mention one thing I did like about tonights game:

When Philly brought it close down the stretch, we trusted our offense much moreso then we did when Detroit did the same thing. Sure, LBJ had the ball in his hands the majority of the time down the stretch, but that's to be expected. However, he knew Mo had the hot hand, and kept feeding him; instead of forcing his own shot. This resulted in Mo hitting some big buckets for us down the stretch. Good to see the trust for the players and the system prevail tonight.

I think his ank will be okay, his limp didn't look that bad, just needs to ice that sucker intensly, hit the therapy pool in a couple days. If a vessel breaks bad and it swells, he'll be done for a good minute.

but boy did it look bad on camera

If you didnt see it in the other thread, X ray was negative on Z

Sounds like a good time to inquire about Camby to me...

It was a pretty bad game on both sides of the ball. But a W is a W. I think we missed boobie and Z. I think Z going down messed with our tempo

Lebron played less minutes than the raptors game?

Did anybody notice the giant free throw disparity between the two teams? Cavs with 18 to the Sixers 32? Maybe some of it can go to the refs, but I also caught a few silly fouls by the wine and gold. Philly being pathetic behind the arc (where art thou Korver?) definitely helped us out here.

By the way, how great is Lebron as a facilitator? He trusted Mo and when it came to big shots he made them. This isn't passing to Donyell in Game 1 of the ECF anymore, I like what I saw here. As a comparison (not trying to start the great debate here) I watched Kobe hands open begging for the ball in the start of their game. After doing the love sick puppy thing he jacked up a 3-ball brick with plenty of shot clock time. I didn't see Lebron do that once this game (of course I did have a glass of Christmas Ale distracting me). Great unselfish play from the Cavs today.

good win

really annoying how many FT's the Sixers got compared to us....I mean damn refs can we get a little respect????

good win and lets pray we can get back to 100% SOOOOOON

Look at this tenacious defense... (Which followed a night of Wally pulling out all the tricks with his "I will just scare you defese"-- that he put on Bosh.. The man can do it all)

First half Sixers got too many easy scores..Iguana seems to act he's the best player when he's facing Lebron..but they shut that penetration crap off in the third...The Cavs seemed to let up when Z went out...thats what I fear the most..a injury to him..
This game scared me so it's great to see the Cavs pull it out. After all the blowouts it's nice to see them hold off a team as it got closer in the 4th.

Mo Williams has been a great addition..the Cavs have needed this for 3 years... .

As far as the FT's, we got beat a lot on transition and allowed a lot of dribble penetration then had to foul to as a result. The disparity made some sense to me. Philly was aggressive and since none of them can shoot from outside, they have no real choice but to be.
