Game 25 -|- Bucks @ Cavs -|- Friday, December 20th, 7:30PM.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Really hope Dion and Kyrie can stay healthy all year.

With that being said we didnt play great but we won..A win is a win and ill take it. Who cares if Milwaukee was the worst team in the NBA, i remember a yr or so back we didnt have our best players and almost beat Miami the same way..We do need to learn that it is the NBA and we need to bring it against every team..

I'd be less annoyed if we didn't already lose a game to this terrible Milwaukee club missing half it's team. The fact that we almost did it again and that we needed OT and a monster game from Kyrie to scrap a win is maddening. It was fun to watch near the end though so there's that.

Damn. You're really pissed about this. Don't get me wrong, you're 100 percent correct. I just wouldn't let it get to you; they are complete idiots if they honestly think this game was fixed.

I may be wrong but I don't think anyone said this particular game was actually fixed. I think they were arguing more about the concept of fixing games.

Quit blaming the refs. We played like shit regardless. Cavs won't get better if people keep making excuses for their play.

Cavs won't get better if people, on a message board, keep making excuses for their play. :chuckles:

We are a young team that plays up and down to competition at times. And we won. Without Dion. No big deal. I'll take that W all day long. Raps are in OT in Dallas right now. It happens.

We played crappily and we won...without our 2nd best player.

I'll take that. I'll take it without much of a gripe too, considering that we've been playing much better ball than this of late. Plenty of film to be watched, lessons to be learned, and adjustments to be made...but in the meantime the number in our W column goes up by 1.

Huzzah

Update. The Raptors beat Dallas. In Dallas. Calm the fuck down.

We scored more points and didn't win on a controversial call or no call. Regardless of how ugly it was, we did in fact deserve to win.

Mayo, a guy who for his career is not a lights out three point shooter, missed two looks. How is that dumb luck?

We made plays in overtime to score 18 points in 5 minutes.

We played with our 2nd best player out, They had guys out too.

You take this win, continue to practice, and build on it.

You don't create some artificial measuring stick of where you think the team should be and then say this win doesn't count because its not pretty enough or we played shitty. We played shitty and still won. We beat the Clippers last week and hung with the Heat. We're also going to play bad until the team gels, the systems continues to be implemented, guys improve, and more talent is added to the team.

Agreed with the majority of your post apart from the bolded. That's just false. Shooting, especially from deep, has been of his best attributes ever since he came out of USC.

Golden State traded Epke Udoh as soon as they realized he was a 6'9 big man who could not shoot feom 10 ft out despite him being a #6 draft pick.

Pretty smart on their part.

Does anyone know how rch feels about Tristan? Anyone?

I feel like I'm going to have to see him post similar thoughts at least a dozen more times before I really buy it.

I'm still not convinced Birdy and Blue Kahuna wanted us to draft Drummond, either. They should definitely mention it more.

To me, this team still seems schizophrenic - are we an "inside-out" team with Andrew Bynum in the middle? or are we a three guard, outside-in, small ball, team with Andy and TT on the floor?

Many people saying things like this:

I'd love to know who pays off refs, cause this game has been called horribly.

Also, have you never heard of a conditional statement?

yes

Bennett will not travel with the team to Chicago, still sick. But Dion Waiters is making the trip. No announcement if he'll play.

I'm just glad the Cavs didn't lose to the (S)ucks. This team definitely needed Dion tonight...
