Game 27 | Cleveland vs Milwaukee | December 18, 2009 | 8:00 EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
You know what really grinds my gears?

This being the first nationally televised game when I am home to watch on my HD LCD 47 inch television and they cut to the second game before showing the annual post-game on the court interview.

I had to catch it on ESPNews...

and I am such a loser with nothing to do on a Friday night, I am going to rewatch this entire game because quite frankly its AMAZING on a 47 inch television in HD lol!

The real question should be:

Where the hell would this team be without AV?

That dude at least as one uber important hustle possession every game.

The same place you would be without Shaq Andrew, completely lost!

Nowitzki drove into the lane and missed a short jumper with 9:28 left in the second quarter. He was fouled by Landry, who was hit in the mouth on Nowitzki's follow-through.

That call was terrible. Landry was in position and Dirk threw an elbow into Landry's face. Of course in Dallas, that's a foul on whomever Dirk runs into. Stupid league, stupid refs.

According to the postgame blog from Dallas:

With Cleveland coming to town, the Mavericks have listed Dirk Nowitzki questionable for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.

There was at least one tooth and a fragment of another in Nowitzki's elbow after his collision with Carl Landry. :thumbdown

Hard to see Dirk playing Sunday. But you never know. If I had to guess, and that's all it would be, I'd bet he's in uniform before Christmas.

I think we need to trade Delonte, he is too unreliable
/sarcasm

Where are they now? Where are they after a game he played well?

Delonte isn't unreliable. It's just that his off-court trouble are always catching up on him.

I saw fire tonight. Guys were flying around on D. Gotta build on this

Yep. Andy is huge stuff. He's been consistently consistent most every game.

What's troubling is that game after game the offense seems to stand still in the last minutes of games. I'm not sure what the deal is with it, but it needs to stop. It's like we forget what we did just a half a quarter before.

I do have one question that's been bugging me all night; What was the strategy involved when MB put in Parker and Gibson with 2 minutes left in the game, and took out Moon and West? When it happened, I said "huh?"

I believe he did it when the Bucks got the game to within one basket. And I think there was less time on the clock than two minutes at that point.

My guess was that he was going to try to put out two best three-point shooters in the corner and have LeBron take it to the basket and pass off if need be. I think the goal was to put the game away on offense by having Boobie or AP hit a back-breaking three.

I could be wrong, but I thought I remembered it as being a full 2 minutes left and up by at least five points... maybe more. That's why I was in shock as to why he did it.

You may be right, as I'm not absolutely certain when it occurred. I did notice it though, and had to think about why he'd make the sub. My only guess is still looking for a back-breaking basket, because literally everyone on the team was playing good enough d last night that Parker and Boobie could safely be counted on to stay close to their assignments.

Is Delonte reliable all of the sudden?

Wow Washington fucking sucks. They turn into a different team when they face us apparently.

The Warriors play that small ball when they get hot, they will make alot of teams look sucky for minutes at a time, but not for a whole game. Btw arenas 45 and 12 tonight.
