FAST FACTS:
• The 82 points they gave up Friday were the second-fewest they have allowed all season and the fifth time in those 10 games they have held the opponent under 90.

• The Mavericks listed Nowitzki as questionable for Sunday night's home game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

• Dallas finished with six technicals in their game Friday night against the Rockets.

Damn, it's like a throwback to a young Paula Abdul..complete with camel toe.

Hopefully Dirk is out, but if not it will a good test to see if we can get a road win against a good team. A key to this game could be Mo being able to keep Barea in front of him, and Delonte's availability of the bench to guard Terry.

i actually hope dirk plays. i wanna see what this team is made of these next four games. good shit.

If Dirk is out then we win in a blowout.

I don't understand this thinking...I think it's pretty obvious that we're probably going to have enough wins to make the playoffs, so getting easy wins is exactly NOT what we want right now. I want this team to play every at full strength, playing at their highest level. This team should face a challenging opponent night in and night out. This team is underperforming and by the playoffs I want this team to be battle tested and ready to fight to the death.

I would rather have Dirk out and get a win even if we play shitty than see Dirk destroy JJ and score 40 and have us lose.

A win is a win. We won't ever play Dallas in a game that actually matters (playoffs) because there's no way they reach the Finals. I'm much more concerned that we beat LA than Dallas at full strength. We lose to Dallas, it proves nothing, and sets us back a game for HCA. We lose to LA, and it proves we need to make a trade so that we can beat LA.

If you ask me, i take the easy win @ Dallas remember they`re on back to back games and the next team is vs the undefeated Suns at home. Also we face the Lakers on friday, i think thats enough challenge.

Yep, and I wouldn't call the Kings a pushover at all. It's sandwiched between three tough teams so it could be the game that might be harder to get ready for.

Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki is expected to miss Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.

After suffering nasty cut on his elbow Friday night against the Rockets, Nowitzki was excused from practice on Saturday as a precaution.

"Everybody's going to have to be ready to step up and take up the slack," coach Rick Carlisle said. "We obviously hope for the best. But we don't know what the timetable's going to be. We've got to have other guys ready. We've had a lot of guys play well this year and I expect them to continue to do that in his absence."

Looks like there's a good chance he won't be playing tonight.

so no nowitzki or howard? yikes

i bet it's a close game in the 4th with drew gooden already responsible for a double double

Umm, Josh Howard played 5 of their last 6 games and he played 40 minutes against Houston, I think he is good to go.

Humans. It's amazing how diverse our opinions are on a range of items including how hot or not the cheerleaders are.

I disagree with you.
