Game 32 | Bucks (16-16) @ Cavs (18-13) | December 31, 2014 | 7:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I don't understand what type of game people were expecting to see when Aj Price, Brendan Haywood, James Jones, Delly, and Admuson are all playing significant minutes?

To acquire three max players, your roster is going to be thin in the first year. For all teams, For all GMs

So in a game like tonight were LeBron, Love, and Marion are all out with minor injuries, things are not going to look good.

Did the Heat look good in games where LeBron, Wade, Birdman, and Haslem were all out?

We need LeBron, Love, and Marion out there.
We need Griffin to use the DPE to acquire another big
We need the offseason to use the Haywood contract, the taxpayer MLE, and our 1st round pick.

Then next year we may have a team that can still compete when 4 starters are out. Anyone thinking that was going to happen tonight with this first year roster is just weird.

Hey man I get it haha there's always next year.

If we just hit a normal % of our wide freaking open 3's, we'd be winning

They stopped hitting shots so we came back a bit. We're so awful on open shots other than Jones. If we hit 3 more open threes (which wouldn't even make our overall % decent), we'd be in this.

Wasn't Dion having a decent game?

Very much so, except to most people in this thread. Except for one spin move by Giannis, he shut him down in the 3rd quarter, and he's passing it well, getting limited teammates some looks. Still can't hit a jumper, but no one else can either for us.

That's not what I'm saying and you know it.

With LeBron, Love, and Marion back we still have the ability to grown and compete for the finals this year. We also have the ability to add 2-3 player this year that can help us.

I was specifically addressing the depth of our team in year one and how realistic it is to expect us to compete in a game with 4 of our starters out, 2 of whom are all stars. I was saying next year we should have the depth to withstand something like that for a game or two. I was not making a comment about us writing off this year or having a "wait till next year" mentality

You figure on a night we are 4 man down and he's having a decent game he would be hitting 40 mins. Nope, keep him at his normal mins. Great plan for a win...

I hear you. I just hope I'm not the only one replying to out of state texts every other night shitting on my Cavs.

What makes you so sure he'll be back?

From back spasms? Are you hearing something the rest of us aren't?

No, sorry, I misinterpreted the context of your post. I thought you we're talking about long-term (beyond this season) team building.
