I just think we haven't put the right pieces together. With Irving as our point guard, you need a smart, defensive, athletic shooting guard. With Love as out power forward, you need a large, defensive minded with a high motor. If Andy were more athletic and less injury prone, he'd be the perfect center. Right now we're too small, too slow and too inconsistent to compete without LeBron. Griffin seriously needs to get his thumb out of his ass and start doing GM things. And we need to give guys shots. Cole Aldrich is getting playing time and doing a good job protecting the paint. Give Kirk a chance. I hate that I'm complaining about this team so much, but I don't think a single person expected this type of play out of a team that is apparently hungry for wins.

Yeah. If you could add a big athletic center with good D and a long athletic 3 and D shooting guard to this lineup, plus a healthy Lebron, then this team would transform and be really good. Problem is 1) do we have the assets to add those two pieces, 2) will Lebron ever be really healthy again.
