I'm actually happy LeBron is out because it exposed our weaknesses. Now we need to fix it. I'm not sure even LeBron coming back is going to solve the problems we have. We will be more competitive right off the bat, but we still have a ways to go to work through these problems.

Kyrie "the savior" Irving. What happened to all the talks of him being a better leader and playing better than, you-know-who? He has no leadership impact whatsoever. He's all flash, no substance. His stats look good, but he doesn't know how to win. His fans think he has potential to be the best PG in the league, but he has a long way to go to get there and needs to learn how to win first and bring the best out of his teammates.
