Game 5: Cavs @ Warriors, Wednesday, November 7, 2012, 10:30PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Waiters just shooting jumper after jumper.

Cue everyone having a fit we didn't take Barnes after that last shot.

Lol, na.

I don't take anything from this game other than we fought back facing tons of adversity.

Zeller and Andy make this a totally different game. Get healthy fellas

It seems like every year David Lee, Carl Landry, Jamaal Crawford, and Nate Robinson always play their best ball against us.

Honestly, if we had AV and Zeller we would have won. We were able to erase a 17 point lead. It just sucks no one can play defense.

Frankly surpised we stayed in this game w/o AV and Zeller.

That being said, not real happy with the way we played. I thought the whole team fell in love with the 3 too much. Plus watching CJ Miles makes me want to puke

I just wish Dion would attack the basket more. If he can truly "get into the paint at will," then why doesn't he try to more often? Dribble penetration is how our offense thrives. Notice how we don't have offensive flow when Kyrie and Dion are both jacking up jumpers?

Honestly I don't feel terrible. Most of the guys playing big minutes tonight will be playing 10-15 minutes at most when at full strength. Like how we fought back from the early deficit, but lack of post size/defense did us in. More good than bad tonight.

Is Dion afraid to touch the paint? He's getting screens and space yet refuses to penetrate.

I know that every young player needs to take their lumps and learn through experience. But I really can't help but feel sorry for Kyrie. The disparity in his talent level and every other player his age... hell most players in the league is blatantly apparent. It has to be hard for him not to just look at the slobs around him and want to shoot every single time. I have to give him credit for going through the process even though I'm sure he knows he is on another level.

I guess it's nice to see D not forcing the issue, but when he gets by his man I'd like to see him turn it on. He's shown surprising burst a couple times, but usually follows it up by taking it back out and waiting for the picker to roll. I'd like to see him cut a little tighter around the off the ball screens as well. He had opportunities to make some tight cuts that would've resulted in him being < 20 feet from the basket with space to operate, but instead he's fading off every screen. Not sure if that's on D or a product of the offense.

Not mad about tonight.

The value of Varejao was obvious tonight. Whether he is traded or not, the guy makes a huge difference.

I thought Samuels did well tonight. Casspi played team ball in the minutes he got. Cavs would of been much better prepared if those two had been already in the rotation.

Luer just looked horrid. I would of rather seen harangody in there.

Cj Miles was 204 inside the arch. he needs to stop forcing shots.

Cavs played well after the 1st quarter .. its really hard to come back from 17 down in the first on the road to a team that plays a similiar style of basketball.

Thompson had solid night despite the turnovers.

Im not really worried about dion taking 5 three pointers. 3-10 from inside the arc has to improve. he also didnt goto the line which means he wasnt being aggressive the right way.

Gee doesnt have the ball enough to make up for 4 turnovers.

if Donald Sloan learned how to finish he would be a dangerous guy on the bench.
