The officiating in the NBA is crooked. I mean the ref who called that specifically waited to see if the ball was going in before he blew the whistle. Once he saw it was missed, he made the call. Should honestly be suspended on the spot for stuff like that because it leads one to logically believe that ref has a little something on the game and needs the spread to be within a specific number.
