This was over somewhere during the 2nd quarter, even without giving a crap in the 3rd, the Knicks couldn't do anything to cut into the lead. You know they've got issues with Lou Amundsen starting. Still, I'm loving these games where lebron plays 3 quarters

Looking at the roster, I don't see one decent piece. Carmelo is on the wrong side of his career and will only hamper a rebuild. I see them signing a couple overpaid guys, trading their draft pick, and just screwing up their team for years after this clear out. I'm just not sure who they hope to sign that puts them into championship contention.

I don't see a faster route to contention than hoping they hit on this years draft pick and accumulate assets for 4 years. Trading Anthony for a few first rounders and facilitating trades for assets would help

Combine the way we ate up Washington (one of the top teams in the East) with the way the ate up the Knicks (the worst team in the NBA) with the exact same ferocity and viciousness, irrespective of who the other team was and their position in the standings, it's becoming ever so easy to see why there's a genuine feeling of fear and concern among the league when it comes to our basketball team.

New Yorkers awkward halftime entertainment. Threesome, anyone?

Man, she got so uncomfortable, :chuckle:.

He had to be a little drunk during the interview as well.

Obviously, the offense is the trend to talk about. I, however, really dug the defense this team has been playing these last 2 contests. Obviously, offense and defense go hand in hand and the killer defense leads to fastbreak points and easier buckets.

The last 2 games, the opponents have hit a total of 4 three pointers and with the way that is a part of the offensive scheme for every team in the league, that is quite impressive.

I am also digging just the mindset of this squad recently. Earlier in the season, they would go into laspes and allow teams back in. Recently, when they get a sizable lead, they make it bigger. Plus it allows the likes of the big guns to rest entire quarters in consecutive games.

The Pistons will be a good test with their bigs and I wish I could just fast forward to the Warriors game right now. Both teams want to play fast, someone has got to be faster...
