The Spurs listed Duncan as day-to-day with right quad tendonosis. [...]Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said the team would have to wait and see if Duncan will be healthy enough for Friday's game against Cleveland. He said Duncan likely wouldn't have played Tuesday even if the injury occurred at a more crucial point in the season.
"Last night he had no strength in his leg," Popovich said. "It's not quite as bad today."[...]San Antonio is already without Manu Ginobli, who hasn't played since the All-Star break because of a stress reaction in his right ankle. He is expected to be out at least another week.
The Spurs also announced that Fabrico Alberto suffered a non-displaced fracture in his left thumb during the win over the Mavericks but was still expected to play Wednesday.​

Sadly I'll predict Bonner having a huge night Because our bigs just aren't meant to cover guys like that. We'll also miss ben on Duncan.

We're going to need our shooters here, 34% is going to be just as bad or worse against this elite team as it was against Houston. I've got fingers crossed that Timmy doesn't play, and Manu out is an advantage (I do recall him putting on a clinic last time we saw this squad last season). We'll need Z to clog the lane and keep Parker out, and hopefully Delonte will keep the ball out of Mason's hands as well. There's a lot going on here to really upset the Cavs.

As Max would say "this one worries me", and it should. Even at full strength the Spurs would be a tough opponent. I'm eager to see how we do, but my gut's telling me I won't like the result. Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.

The spurs are always competitive, but the cav have a solid chance if we focus on getting lebron the ball on the move and in the post. Thats the only way to attack these sagging defenses that the elite teams play against us.
