I actually felt bad for Glen Davis, Garnett is a fucking faggot.
Well...here ya go
PDcavsinsider: Appears Cs Paul Pierce (thumb) won't play tomorrow vs. Cavs. Marquis Daniels, who'd start for Pierce, questionable w/ flu.
I can't figure out if this is a good thing or a bad thing with the way we play with guys out.
This SHOULD increase our chances of winning, so that is a good thing with L.A. right on our back. But at the same time, I wanted to see us play vs a healthy Boston and see how we did.
Well, we have to win this game if Pierce is out, just so we know we can beat them in Boston.

Game Preview – Thursday February 25, 2010 – Cleveland Cavaliers @ Boston Celtics
The losing skid is over! The Cavaliers stopped their losing streak at 3, with a win over the New Orleans Hornets on Tuesday night, their first win since the all-star break. Let’s see if they can keep it going now against a Boston team that will likely be without Paul Pierce.
The Cavaliers are coming off of that big home victory against the Hornets due to a balanced scoring attack that saw 6 different players score in double figures, led by Shaq & LeBron’s 20 apiece on a combined 16-29 shooting effort, with Shaq adding 7 rebounds & LeBron chipping in 13 assists. Antawn Jamison had another solid effort, as he combined for 32 points & 13 rebounds on 13-26 shooting with Andy Varejao. Anthony Parker chipped in with 13 points, thanks to 3 3 pointers, while Delonte West added 13 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists & 2 blocks. While Mo Williams did struggle with his shot again (2-9, 1-5 from deep), he did dish out 8 assists in the victory.
The Celtics are coming off a 110-106 win over the New York Knicks in Boston, without Paul Pierce. All 5 starters for Boston scored in double figures, led by their back court of Ray Allen & Rajon Rondo, as they combined for 39 points on 15-26 shooting, with Rondo dishing out a season high 16 assists in the process, good for his 4th straight double double. The front court was just as dominant, as the Garnett-Daniels-Perkins combination went 17-27 from the field for their 42 points, with Garnett adding 8 rebounds & 6 assists, as the Celtics shot nearly 56% from the field.

• It sounds like Paul Pierce is going to be held out of the game with a thumb injury. Daniels is coming back from the flu, but he's expected to play. Not that this is a massive advantage. The Cavs lost in Dallas when the Mavs were missing Dirk Nowitzki and in Denver when the Nuggets were without Carmelo Anthony. Cavs are fully healthy but Mike Brown said, at the moment, he does not have Leon Powe on his minutes sheet. So it sounds like he may not make his debut tonight.
• Two key matchups for the Cavs, both on defense. Remember that the Celtics just picked up Nate Robinson, who played his first game for the Cs on Tuesday. He ripped up the Cavs in the last meeting when he was with Knicks with his quickness. Both Rondo and Robinson are a lot to handle for Williams right now. Mo seems to be dodging contact with that shoulder and that makes him even worse in pick-and-roll defense. The other is Garnett and Jamison. Because Garnett's knee isn't right, he spends a lot of time shooting from the outside now. But he's still a good rebounder and he's been effective in getting offensive boards and putting them back up. Jamison has to keep Garnett in front of him as much as possible.
• Cavs are going to have to be more effective in halfcourt offense than they were the last time these teams met. I haven't seen the Cavs run much pick-and-roll for Jamison whatsoever. Maybe just a couple times. That may change tonight because the game will be slower than usual.
• LeBron was very loose and having fun at shootaround here today. He made one of his one-handed 90-foot shots for the cameras. In my opinion he hasn't been in that great of a mood the last few games. Perhaps he was just tired. Perhaps the trade got him down a bit. But whatever seemed to be bugging him, it is gone. No idea what it means.
