Game 66 | Cavs (40-25) @ Mavericks (40-24) | March 10, 2015 | 8:30pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I think we should move Shump into the Starting SG role. Our 2nd unit needs an Offensive punch, and JR is perfect for the role. Tough to change with the unit's chemistry, but I like this arrangement better for the playoffs...

If we have an ORT of about 122 (or higher) we'll pass Golden State for the season.

They would catch the Mavs at their healthiest.

They've got a tough 5 game home stand starting tonight....fully expect them to be on all cylinders.

Where are my cheerleaders? This is TEXAS, after all!

I don't know what it is about them lately, it feels like we've been inept against their fast break. We are 2-11 in our last 13 trips to Dallas.

I feel like tonight we flip the script, however. News that came in saying we had a great practice yesterday and a few days of rest should serve us well.

Also I think the first practise Perkins has had with the team. Lets see if things change. I am extremely excited about this game.

After this game and the Spurs game, we don't really have many tough games. Mavs, Spurs and Grizzlies. Only 6/15 teams we play until the end of the season are > /500. We play Brooklyn, Milwaukee, Miami and Boston twice. 3/17 games are against teams from the West. 9/17 are away games though, so we only have 8 home games left. Even if we lose against the Mavs, Spurs and Grizzlies (and maybe one unexpected team), our record would still be 53-29. Which would most likely get us 2nd in the East.

Meanwhile, Chicago plays Toronto twice and Atlanta & OKC once. But they have a string of injuries so most games won't be easy for them. Toronto has a fairly easy schedule strength too, but they have a few more games than us to play.

I know we still have a lot of games left, but this is a key final push in order to get ready for the playoffs and hopefully get some of our higher usage players some rest.

Excited for this one. Haven't seen the team play since that Atlanta game.

Concerned about Dirk. He has the exact skillset that can give this team fits on offense. Although I do like Rondo being out there. He is a really bad shooter, so it would allow us to hide somebody on him if need be.

Dallas doesn't play great against 500% teams and haven't been great since rondo came to town

Why aren't you fellas more excited?! I feel like I'm in a chatroom full of Joan Baez's!

Thought about going to this game, but after the National Championship...I'm saving my money for The Finals
