The Wine and Gold travel to Golden State tonight to take on the Warriors at 10:30 p.m. ET.

Cleveland (25-40) has improved to 5-2 in their last seven matchups against Western Conference opponents after defeating the Phoenix Suns 110-101 in the opener of this road trip.

Six Cavs players scored in double figures and Cleveland led wire-to-wire for the 2nd time this season (vs. ORL on Feb. 19). The Cavs shot 12-24 (.500) from the three-point line, outrebounded Phoenix 51-36 and held a 27-14 edge in second chance points.

Golden State (41-25) had a five-game winning streak snapped in Los Angeles as they fell to the Clippers 111-98 on Wednesday.

The Warriors have gone 10-3 since the All-Star Break, trailing only San Antonio (10-1) and the Clippers (9-2) for the best post-All-Star record in the league.

I still find it so depressing that we are 15 games under 500. Crazy. Especially when a team like the Wizards, or the Raptors have such an improved record over our own without that large of a talent gap between the teams...

Anyway, Let's see if the Cavs can continue to win games that no one thinks they will win. We just need to work on winning the games people think we should win.

It is what it is. I've actually enjoyed this season so far. I think there is a lot to be optimistic about.

A lot of people are down on Mike Brown because he does some crazy shit. And while I don't agree with everything Mike Brown does, it is clear that his principles and schemes are for long term growth. A lot of these players had very bad habits. To fix bad habits you have to break them... which makes you worse on the short term.

I think it'd be a damn shame to give up on Mike Brown after one season when a lot of players are developing very well under MB. He isn't a good in game coach, but we all knew that before he came here. He is the type of coach that needs the players to play the game. He just gives them the tools to play well. They have to use them. He expects his players to figure it out on their own during the game instead of tell them.

With Curry and Thompson on the court, the Warriors are outscoring opponents by 10.5 points per 100 possessions.

With Curry and Crawford on the court, the Warriors are being outscored by 9 points per 100 possessions.

Let's hope they ride the Curry-Crawford backcourt for long stretches tonight

You've enjoyed this season? Did you think we would lose every game before the season started so 25 wins looks great or do you happen to like banging your head into walls? If you think Mike Brown has been, is, or will be a benefit to this team then I'm going with the latter.

What? You can't name one.

Tyler Zeller has improved in almost every area except free throw shooting. Kyrie has gone from a train wreck on D to just bad. Dion is shooting much better from 3 this year. Almost every player on this team has shown improvement in an area of their game.

Another game earlier in the season we gave-away that's biting us in the ass now. This is a good match-up for us. Winnable game.

Winnable. See which cavs team shows up. With Thompson not playing our defense should be more managable for this young team. I expect to win this. Team needs to show some desperation. Fight to the finish, if they lose, they lose, but some sense of urgency should be shown.

Definitely should be winnable. See no reason why not, we're still in the hunt for the playoffs and we need the experience.
