Atlanta is probably having a lot of problems with motivation given how early they've pretty much clinched the 1 seed. how many times in NBA history have we seen teams clinch early and then never seem to get their mojo back and exit earlier than expected in the playoffs?

Pretty clear we saw almost 3 periods of screwing around. Lebron exited chill mode and blammo... this team totally follows his lead just as all the teams did in his first go-round in Cleveland. No surprise that JR got hot. If not him it would've been someone else.

Even with Thompson getting blocked a few times and missing some free throws this lineup has been great.

And you know why? Because TT can guard Irsan on defense. So we can hate on TT but there's a reason he sees so much PT. He's the leagues best offensive rebounder imo and he's mobile
