A: Since March 1, the Cavaliers are 24th in the league in defensive field-goal percentage. Opponents are shooting better than 46 percent against them. Those figures rival earlier in the season when they were one of the league’s worst defensive teams so, yes, there is cause for concern.

Cavs to me just don't seem as motivated since they're pretty sure they're going to get the 2 seed. Every team they play gets so "up" to play them whereas for the Cavs it's just another game. This thing of coming out of the gate playing bad D has been a trend, especially against the more mediocre teams.
