Game #72 -|- Raptors vs. Cavs -|- March 25th, 2014 @ 7:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
In the post-game, Brown and the players said that someone didn't do what they were supposed to do and it broke down from there. For that i blame the guy that ran the wrong play, not the coach.

Listening to the broadcast on SiriusXM, the announcers said that Hawes did come up like he was supposed to. By staying where he was, the Deng couldn't get the ball to him with the inbound defender in the way. Brown was seen mouthing to Hawes "where were you?" as the team came in for the timeout.

Just re-watched it. Delly was supposed to break long, which he did, to pull away a defender. Then at the foul line Hawes picked Jack's man as Jack curled around Hawes and headed to the corner. At that point Spencer was supposed to break to the ball...he didn't. He rolled away from the ball towards the basket and then to the corner near Jack. Now that i watched it, he is clearly the one who ran the wrong play. Deng was staring at him like WTF? Deng and MB also let him know he ran the play in the huddle.

Just cracks me up, anytime there is a mistake, FIRE MB, the sky is falling. Only to find out that it was not MB but the players, who you know are the ones actually playing the game. :)
