NFL games don't start till 4:25 after the 1 pm game. I understand the NBA game isn't as long, but they allow 25 extra minutes of wiggle room, so you're likely to not miss the prime time game.

The way they have these games so close together makes no sense. Take a page out of the NFL at least.
