Game #77 -|- Cavaliers @ Hawks -|- April 4th, 2014 @ 7:30 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This two time allstar thing would mean something to me if it were backed up by some wins. But understand this, if this team is bad again next year, he won't be on the all-star team no matter what his numbers.

He shouldn't have been on it this year. Kyle Lowry was better all season.

As long as his "brand" is what people like, he will be voted in no matter what. Ming made it and didn't even play a game. Kobe played what...6 games, and he was a starter. Uncle Drew will get voted in no matter what Kyrie does.

Next year is huge for everyone on this team if they are still on this team next year. This is last year I give Kyrie any sort of at pass with being young and that is only because I watched a segment about young scoring point guards and their time frame to adjust from scoring first to involve teammates first.

The all star thing is mostly due to name notoriety and branding but he still deserved to be a all star but that might mainly be because Rose and Rondo are still injured.

And those guys won games. Trust, if next season this team is out of the playoff race again and playing well below .500, he won't get voted in.

Luol Deng has as many points on fewer shots than Irving. And he was bad.

Don't sugarcoat it. Irving wilted in the moment.

Deng 35 min 4/13 Fg 2 Rbs 0 Ast 0 Stl 13 points
Kyrue 38 min 6/15 Fg 7 Rbs 4 Ast 6 Stl 13 points

Deng 35 min 4/13 Fg 2 Rbs 0 Ast 0 Stl 13 points

What did I say?

Luol Deng had as many points on fewer shots than Irving.

And then you reply by posting statistics that show exactly that.

People in here talking about how Luol Deng was awful, and he was, and then trying to find a little out for Kyrie. No, Kyrie was awful. Less efficient than the guy who blew a wide open lay-up at the end of the game.

Depressing night. What else can you say?

I wonder what the Vegas odds were of Mike Scott scoring 26 points on 12-of-13 shooting? I mean, really... WTF?

team was bound to get cocky at some point. its been their achilles heel and paul milsap always gives us problems. I was hoping the game would be more competive but when the team gets away with playing poor defense against a team like orlando. they will havepay the consequences against a team like the hawks.

Thing is, though, the Hawks have been playing like arguably the worst team in the league for the last month and a half or so. They were basically losing all night against the Sixers Wednesday before making a push in the final minutes.

They've been awful. Worse than the Magic, despite the record.

I have to be honest... I thought for sure the Cavs were going to win this game. It isn't because I think this is a great team, but because Atlanta has looked so bad for so long.

Consider me blindsided. We just got completely slaughtered.
