No one is going to point out how were only narrowly winning while playing bad basketball now?

No one gives a shit about meaningless games after clinching the division, dude. Neither the players nor the fans.

Looks to me like it's 100% effort based. If we saw this Mikwaukee team in the playoffs we'd sweep them fairly easily, IMO. And they aren't too bad a team to be honest...nice length defensively.

The Cavs have been half-assing it against inferior opponents for weeks now. And still win the vast majority of the time.

It is a little unfortunate, but is what it is. I don't see it happening in the playoffs.

That's what I'm saying. Everyone is writing off the hawks bc they are taking it easy.. spurs are primed and handling elite teams every night. Time to look in the mirror

Well, that bad basketball has won us four straight games thus far--three of them vs. contending teams and one of them contending for the division title.

Things will tighten up when the team no longer has to pace itself knowing there will be no back-to-backs and no "I wonder how this team is going to play us today? Oh, it's the playoffs? OK. 110%," uncertainties.

Their poor play did afford them an opportunity to practice executing down the stretch and pull out a win on the road, something they'll have to do plenty of times over our playoff run.

So not all is lost.

I listened to the bucks announcers, they are great. The whole game they knew the bucks would lose and they kept bracing viewers for the inevitable. When Lebron make the big three they just laughed.

The cavs recently are playing games like practice scrimmages, it's like they have specific conditions that they are trying to create. Today it was all about the extra pass, it lead to over passing and some sloppy play though. I think we have to take the next few games with a pinch of salt and expect blatt to lengthen the rotation and try so crazy things

Nobody wowed me tonight, I felt this was just a case of one team being clearly better than the other and it played out like a script.

Very cool that they didn't even have to win to clinch the division and the 2 seed. Granted, those things don't mean much in the big picture, but it allows Blatt to rest the guys the rest of the way if he chooses and that's big for the playoffs.

I also kind of want to play the Nets in the first round, while i would like the Cavs to get tested early to withstand the onslaught, no one in the first round is going to win more than 1 and I doubt the Nets even get a win if against the Cavs.

My ocd paid off tonight, I lost HD signal to end the 3rd and some in the 4th due to heavy rain and I got to see it all in SD because I am paranoid and tape games twice.

First whatever he calls it as a Cav from LeBron, he also told the crowd to get out of here if you read his lips. Gave them the gesture too. Cool sight to see.

Some reporter should ask him what is the title for his move.

That was a ugly game for the Cavs.
They looked like they were not up emotionally for the game seemed outplayed ,then they took over.
Too many silly turnovers.

Bucks play hard - they just don't have the pieces.

Only takeaway I had from this game was Blatt will need to be careful with the small ball. He is quick to go to it as soon as the opposition downsizes, could be better off defensively staying big and if teams stay small pounding them in the post with Love.

Also the late game offense is a little questionable, still some hero ball but we have the talent to get away with it.

But a win is a win at this point!
