Game #81: Boston Celtics @ Cleveland Cavaliers | April 12th, 2014 | [7:30 EST]

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Nice scrimmage

TT should take plenty of 17 footers and Karasev should play all game(but he won't).

Brad Stevenson is making Mike Brown look like the youngest coach in the league. Taking advantage of every mismatch and playing to all his players strengths.

why have we not posted up Pressly?

Are we still tracking our stats over arbitrary periods of time or does that not fit the agenda any longer?

0-8 for the starting backcourt. 50 wins is a lock for next season.

What are you talking about ?

We're the best team in the East since Bynum was traded and best in league since we acquired Hawes.

Dion has also played like an All-Star since being inserted into the starting lineup.

Also we've been the top defending team against 2 divisions in the west since Grant was fired.

Man, you're just like the media, can't recognize our accomplishments.

I mean if you're watching any of this and you combine it with last night, you can see everything wrong with Spencer Hawes. Getting muscled by John Henson last night has turned into getting out-quicked by Kelly Olynyk tonight.

Put in Sergey in already, surely he can guard some dude named Chris Babb.

Exactly why I don't want to commit big time money to him.

Sure, most nights he provides a nice offensive spark, but he probably gives up more than he gets us. Imagine watching Hawes guard Hibbert in a seven game series.

I hear ya, but this game couldn't possibly be more irrelevant

Listen, the trend around here has been to use sketchy sample sizes to show a trend. Well, if we're going to disregard the first 55 games of the season to only count the last 25, we had better count all of them. I swear if I see people argue that we're headed in the right direction based on the last 15 games so long as you dont count the final 3, I'll lose it.

Basically, my argument is against the people who keep looking at the season in like 5 game stretches to prove just how well this season has went, or how were on the right track.
