Yep, that feed would likely be coming in from International League Pass. As of a couple of months ago, League Pass stopped running their own commercials and opted for a live in-arena feed during timeouts etc. Very, very cool new feature.

No, you got it right. It's an internet feed.
It's fun, you can hear the announcing team talk shit during commercials, sometimes pretty funny stuff like what I mentioned.
