You guys are funny.
Like really funny.
This is an exhibition game. It's nice that Love is shooting well. That is good to see for sure. This game has ZERO bearing on the Cavs morale heading into the playoffs. Whether we win by 5 or lose by 25. it's irrelevant.
For the people complaing about Kyrie and Love playing decent minutes, why?
We have three days off(Th, Fri, Sat) until the series opener. they could easily play 36 minutes a piece and be fine.
Yeah that was funn, but actually a smart play to ensure the 2 for 1 at the end of the half.Lol Delly banked 3
Because it's absolutely stupid to risk a freak injury in an absolutely meaningless game. Stuff happens all the time.
Exactly. At practices. In pick up games. In regular season games. In exhibition games. You rest if you have an injury or want to give a guy an extra day or two to ensure 100% health. Not to avoid completely random and unpredictable injuries.
You're missing the point. This game means nothing, literally. Not for preparation for the playoffs, not for ANYTHING. Basketball is a contact sport, especially in the NBA, it's too easy to get hurt on freak, non-contact plays, let alone contact plays.
Now you tell me, why play them? What advantage, or purpose does it serve? There's no purpose playing your best players in an absolutely meaningless game like this.
Playing them 10 minutes for the fans is honorable, everything else is just absolutely meaningless and being careless.
Seeing Kyrie fighting for loose balls, is where I say that's it, get him out of there.
